Yes it is. But it's really just a play on A.M.D.G. Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam, which translates as "For the greater glory of god". A.M.S.G. is Ad Majorem Satanae Gloriam or "For the greater glory of Satan". And the hand from the cover of Leviathan's "True Traitor, True Whore" has an open palmed left hand with A.M.S.G. tattooed on the fingers, with a spider and the greek letter Omega.
