AC/DC Back In Black 2000s bootleg tank top.
Made by quite an obscure Italian brand called Kokse (from Prato, PO) - "Brazil" is the name of their tank top model. The company appears to have been founded in 1994, and ceased activity in 2016. Their YouTube channel is still active but last uploads date back to 2012: https://www.youtube.com/user/MediaKokse
I've found an identical tag on a 2009 Bruce Springsteen tour shirt, but the present sleeveless tee former owner is positive that he bought it more than 20 years ago, so I'd say it's most probably from the first years of the 2000s.
