1990 Slayer Root of All Evil shirt. Brockum single-stitch sleeves, double-stitch hem XL. I am not really sure what this shirt is referencing. Maybe "South of Heaven" lyrics, "The root of all evil is the heart of a black soul..."? There are others with the same face on the front from a few years prior that were sold in support of their World Sacrifice Tour.
