Back in March 2017, I purchased some Meat Shits demo tapes from a Discogs user who included this cassette as a bonus item. She told me that she purchased this item from the frontman, Robert Deathrage, about 25 years ago. Perhaps to promote some upcoming releases, some of which did not see the light of day
