Recent purchase - 'Gods of Grind' Earache Compilation - Entombed, Carcass, Cathedral, Confessor - 1992.
I gave this a listen through for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed the selection. I would be curious to know how the album and tour was perceived by the masses back in the early 90's - the compilation was released to coincide with the Gods of Grind tour in 1992.
A double LP was released in 2015 in commemoration of this which I might seek out. I really enjoy compilation albums, I like to play them when I have guests over and this one I will definitely keep on standby for such nights.
