Eden's Fall - Harmony of Lies
Tue, 15/10/2019 - 07:35This caught my eye in the bargain bin last week. Mixed by Dan Swanö, mastered by James Murphy, and from Chicago? I definitely had to check this band out. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing. Eden's Fall sound similar to Metal Church and Nevermore, but not nearly as masterful. Each song bleeds into the next and while the album isn't bad per se, it gets old quick as not one song is a standout. Oh well. As I like to say, another one for the collection. Maybe I'll revisit it in a couple years.
