Y'all have seen a battle jacket, but have y'all ever seen a battle briefcase??
I think not, and here is where I present T Shit Slayer with the glorious BATTLE BRIEFCASE!
I've been collecting tapes for the past few years, and I have gathered quite a large collection. I like collecting bands of the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal movement, classic metal tapes, and any other wicked tapes I come across. I found the cassette case itself at Orange Records in Fargo. It was getting hard to keep 'em all organized and transport them so I was fucking ecstatic when I found it. It came with an upside down Q 98 fm sticker, it looked stupid, but with a good sticker bombing I can make this thing look metal as fuck! Still needs quite a few more stickers!
It's been a fun journy collecting cassettes. What started with a curiosity and a little fascination quickly sucked me down a rabbit hole of being a degenerate Tape Junkie. I have a pretty deep and personal connection to these tapes I have, since some bands and albums are so hard to find, I often pick out some rarer and more obscure tapes, just to get something new to listen to. And boy, some of these albums are a real gem. Collecting tapes has changed my life and music taste in all these little ways I never thought it would.
I treat my Battle Briefcase like I would my Battle Jacket, lol. A lot of tape hunting and some care has gone into this. To me this is the briefcase from Pulp Fiction. Whenever it is opened, the viewer can only stare into the golden glow of something powerful. All mesmerizing is the golden glow, and it is hard to resist the trance.
And back to that Q 98 fm sticker, I showed the case to my Grandfather and he laughed when he saw it. Papa told me about that old Rock station that played in the Fargo area back in the day. It brought him back a ton of memories and he told me about a couple vinyl records he won when he called the station back in the 20th century.

Thanks man, really apricate it!
Yeah that ol' Q98 FM sticker has a lot of Hometown connection with me, just good old Fargo memribilia.

What an awesome way to store your tapes! I have something similar going on with my CD collection actually. Love those old stickers too... looks like the AC/DC one went through the wringer though hahaha.

This is an awesome idea! I have so many stickers but no idea what to do with them. Maybe I'll have to steal your idea
