They're reliable but their shipping prices even for the domestic US are shit. I bought a tote bag with random Earache record releases and I think it was 8 dollars in shipping.

Preordered Moonsorrow's newest release and a couple shirts from them February of last year. Received the order several days before the actual release date. Packaging was ok, nothing was broken. Price was average being such a large distro.
