1995 you think? It's licensed by Rock Express and I thought that this company had started business in 2003 only. They've been bought by Live Nation a while ago.

Writing books is too time-consuming, and I lack time haha! Seriously, it'd have to be a collective effort I think - there are many knowledgeable users and collectors here around... Maybe one day!
