just pulled out my "surf nicuragua" EP , and in the thanks notes on the liner , its says "...the official death squad fan club* should be getting off the ground soon" this was in 1988.
an address is listed for the fan club, you could try you never know!

I believe it says Metal Militia Butzbach (it’s significantly more legible on the back side, and I did manage to find them online, founded in 1987, but no idea when the patch is from! Maybe il ask...
