As I think there are 4 different colors of the plane - blue, blue with green, green and brown. Additionally there are versions with a more yellow face, versions with the copyright on the right hand side of the patch, a version with the copyright on a white ground and the words "Aces High" written on it, and an (official) one without copyright.
Am I right? Any more?

The one with the "white background copyright" is a iron-on-transfer back patch. Personally I think that one is cool, but I think those were made by fans themselves rather than that those were designated back patches.
I agree with you on the existence of a blue, blue/green, and green/brown, and a yellow face blue/green Aces High back patch. I have the green/brown version with the licensing on the right hand side (vertically), but I still find that particular version very odd since every other back patch has the licensing horizontally.
There might be more, who knows? Recently, I got my hands on some back patches which have different versions I hadn't seen before with other collectors or here on TSS, such as the 'dark Somewhere in Time" (https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/iron-maiden-somewhere-time-back-patch-198...), Eddie Crunch (https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/iron-maiden-eddie-crunch-back-patch-1988-...), and 'Yellow hair' Killers (https://tshirtslayer.com/patch/iron-maiden-killers-back-patch-1981-versi...).
I guess there are quite some variations of back patches that we know, some more rare than others. I guess that's also the fun of collecting, finding these rare versions and different versions.
Indeed, a long way to go....but a fun way 🤘😄🤘
