From the level of detail, colour scheme and overall transfer of the original album artwork, it looks like your average back-in-the-day Metalbörse patch - see for example their Forbidden - Forbidden Evil, Death Angel - The Ultra-Violence and Flotsam and Jetsam - Doomsday for the Deciever patches.

EvilDead looks somewhat similar regarding the aforementioned criteria at first glance but I feel like there are certain parts of the patch that have significantly less details compared to Civilization of Annihilation's original artwork.
However, I must clarify that these are merely assumptions as I haven't seen either of these two patches on the Metalbörse webshop or at one of their events in the Turock in Essen.

not a bad theory, i have both forbidden & death angel from metalboerse, & a few others. what i can say is this is very small. also, when i was talking a picture, it was shiny, just like a lot of indonesian patches do. i have a bunch of them so ik, anyways. that’s my thoughts, i could be wrong and you could be right. metalboerse didn’t even cross my mind, maybe it is. hopefully i get a solid answer!
