Amazingly beautiful posters!

Very nice! Were those frames expensive?
Xorron505 on
Thanks a lot. No, the poster frames are not that expensive. Approx. 20 EUR. Got the poster frames from the German company Reinders Poster. https://www.reindersshop.de/

I guess the glass is touching the poster, isn't it? Just for your information, glass is hygroscopic (attracting water) which can make your poster stick to the glass. If in years from now you want to take the poster out, to re-frame or something, it can be that the print is stuck to the glass. You could avoid it by using a passe-partout ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mat_(picture_framing) ).

HI, this is not a glass. It is an acrylic sheet and has no problems with water at all. Otherwise it would be completely unsuitable for any kind of posters. But thanks for the hint.

oh...interesting info!! thx dude

No problem. I went to a professional 'framer' to have my Ghost lithographs framed (example: https://tshirtslayer.com/other-collectable/ghost-spoksonat-meliora-artwo...) and he mentioned it to me. That piece of cardboard (the passe-partout) costs nothing compared to the frame and glass but can make a huge difference.
