i would say to look at oldschool vests & take inspiration, i see a lot of people use old wranglers, bleached denim, the bottom hems cut, well drawn band logos, studs galore, patches placed nicely to one another, or savagely crooked. there’s plenty of ways to make it oldschool, just gotta look at others & take notes..

Uh lighter denim usually gives me that vibe and a very small amount of patches also give me that vibe and mostly mainstream bands like the big four or iron maiden or motor head kinda his off this vibe but honestly these are just my thoughts
