From what I could gather this one's pretty rare - Filosofem Zine from 1994
Very curious relic from the 90's!
There's another TSS post showing different issues of the Filosofem as well as the Aske Zine: https://tshirtslayer.com/other-collectable/burzum-aske-filosofem-mag
Don't know much else about these. Any further info and insight is welcome.
Included some interesting pages from the zine.
Really love the Aske poem that's featured here. Can also be found on Burzum Aske Shirts and Longsleeves.
You can probably guess what I censored on the second to last photo... Just to be safe.

Very interesting to see the pages in their entirety like this. I can only imagine Varg's intent on printing and circulating this and similar publications, he he

And these are just the "highlights". The zine has 31 pages. Would love to know what content the other issues of Filosofem and Aske have... But this one is definitely the one with the most content it appears.

These were not made by Varg. They were made by Vidar Von Herske (Ray Williams).

I suppose he was in correspondence with Varg though? Quite a few texts here are by Vargr Vikurnes Larusson who writes about being wrongfully sentenced to 21 years in Prison. Checks out with 90's Varg, also given the fact he was quite active with publications during that time.

Yes, they were in touch. Ray Williams is a rather mysterious character though, and someone who has been off the radar for a long time.

Just curious... is there a source to cite that information? Just the first time hearing about it. I assumed these were self-made publications by him. But if you're correct, these are more like fanzines.

Nothing that can be objectivly verified in any case, as for obvious reasons many things related to these zines or persons were kept obscure.
