I just bought a Soulfly t shirt since i love Soulfly a lot and because Static X didn't have anything other than boring tour merch i decided to buy one Soulfly t shirt for myself
When i still collected heavily i literally bought shirts off of people's back at shows... gave them a show shirt and i took theirs. These days it's hard to do.
I could hardly imagine seeing that happen!! A size exchange of the same show shirt/hoodie probably happens more often, but full-on jumping ship from one tee to another is wild, respect to your former customers🤘
I've considered bringing some of my spare patches along to shows, but I have a hard enough time talking to folks, and idk how I'd go about initiating a sale to somebody without sounding like the Resident evil 4 merchant💀💀
how do you actually do that, do you walk up to people and say "wow, cool shirt, how much?", or do you observe them inconspicuously in the darkness and wait for the perfect moment to strike, when they least expect it?
