Does anyone have any pictures of a small, well-organized kutte, or any ideas for organizing one? I have a ton of patches, but limited space to organize it because of my small stature. Any help is welcome!

tbh, depends on what you like. i've got less than 10 on the front of mine.
It's not that i want it ultra packed, it's just hard because the 12 or so patches I do have readily available to put on, there's only about a 4 and a half inches horizontally I can put stuff on. I'd like to have it semi-packed, but it's just awkward.
I have to agree with AbysmalWind, it is possible to make great looking kuttes using few patches. And Plague is also right, overlapping may help to make everything fit.

Maybe do a little overlapping.
well the easiest way i see would be to do a column beneath the pockets.
