Possessed How a Leather Vest with a Painted back is Born from chalk to finished product!

hello guys (and gals),
first udate:
since my vest is being painted, i thought i'd be cool to upload the progress here on tshirtslayer.
first pic(from below going up!) is the humble beginnings, it got cleaned (it had some metal stains on it :P) and the basics of the art has been put on with a stabilo marker. you can already see what's gonna be on it :)

second update: some basics have been filled in and it's starting to take form !

third update: The skull is beginning to get some shape and colour to it, and the rivers of blood are starting to flow. The pink of the lettering is a transitional stage that makes it easier to go from opaque white to opaque red.

Fourth update: The Possessed skull continues to take shape as the depth is built around the highlights, and the lettering is now the right colour and starting to be sharpened up.

5th: sharpened up even more, backgrounds added.

6th: eye detail is coming in ! almost there !

7th: eye details are being filled in more and more.

8th update: Eyes are in and the whole print will now be sharpened up, the end is in sight, soon i can start sewing on the front with patches :)

9th and final update: Art has been completed, i decided to fill in the logo and have it stick out even more !
now the bastard task starts of sewing on the front :P

wel, if i'm honest... 180 quid, but since i only planned on making one i figured i might as well make it count, and the result speaks for itself...
so:
-1 calfskin custom made leather vest: 150 euros
-1 custom painted back: 160 euros
-a shitload of miscellanious patches for the front: 60 euros ( i traded a lot of em to get what i got now
- the look of jealousy @ any gig: PRICELESS >:)

Ah, from the UK guy. I had mine also made there. Massacra- signs of the decline / bolt thrower painted on it After one week I had cracks, send the jacket back and he gave me my money back. Honest guy, too bad because the jacket was awesome! This one also looks killer, how is yours holding up? I'm sticking with embroidered jackets now!:p
