I ordered a shirt on July 20 and it still hasn't arrived. I'm from Romania, so it should have arrived already, after almost one month now. I go and ask at the postal office almost every day and they keep telling me I got no package from anyone.
Seems like the issue still persists. I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and on the tracking nothing has been sent yet. And no reply when emailing customer support....
Speaking for myself, I was given refunds for packages that didn't arrive. But ordered again and was given a tracking number and received the package. Just to clarify my experiences.
I had ordered one patch a long time ago, it was lost in the mail after receiving nothing for 2-3 months. I reached out to them on Instagram and they refunded me the full amount paid and resent the patch. I received it after about 3 weeks.
Recently, I did another order from there, marked as sent on the 27th August and received it on the 10th of September.
They seem fine to order from, provided you’re patient, your mileage may vary.

Their method of shipment doesn't help. Got a package from Pagan Altar in the UK that was ordered less than 2 weeks ago.

UPDATE: I got all the merch, quality is amazing and the guys from support were super nice. Just had to be a bit patient, but worth it.
