Thery are 39 in total as many as the preorders.
I had 4 late cancellations so 4 sets are available in my BigCartel store

I don't think you realize that this was probably made by a fan himself. He doesn't necessarily have the funding to make thousands of patches.

I really doubt that this set was officially licensed by the band.

It's official,the band gave me permission.
