Nope, mostly the newer ones are,
A lot of older patches such as 70's 80's etc etc
didn't have copyrights,
plus some newer patches don't, especially when coming from smaller time bands

I believe you may have misunderstood me. I'm not doubting that there are official patches without copyrights, I'm saying that IF the patch has a copyright date it's more than likely an official patch, Whereas if it doesn't, you'll have to do some research.
I think what Considered dead mean here was that since this patch has a copyright date it's more than likely official.

Oh yeah, forgot to put that out there, of course the 70's and early 80's patches didn't have it. But I just mentioned it having a copyright, so it's original. eh
