Vintage Tredegar badge from between 1983-1986 with the knight's helmet artwork that they used for both the Duma single and self-titled album. Tony Bourge and Ray Phillips’ distinctly more metal post-Budgie project put out one great album in 1986 and this badge is one of very few original pieces of merch. Unfortunately the album has become quite expensive these days, but High Roller is putting out a complete discography next year I believe!
Ah, good old Welsh rockers Tredegar! My granny used to live near there too, which always makes me smile when I see the band's logo. Nice find, not a lot of merch from these boys out there now I'd imagine?
That's a funny association to have in mind when you play this album haha. Thank you, and I think this is the only official piece of merch bar any old shirts that might be out there. High Roller is doing a discography re-release soon, so perhaps they will produce something - a shirt would be nice!
