Well, he said it was the poster promoting the album. It's a shot of the band with the logo on the top with skulls on either side. Does that constitute being a promotional item, hmmm. Either way It's cool and I never saw another one.

Could be. That or an insert bonus for when the album was released. That Gammacide poster came with the original album.
