Hey man, yeah am not sure on the scale of production of this great BP, I suspect it may just have been available in Europe for that specific tour, not seen any surface anywhere else almost 30 years later! The quality of the bootleg merch back then was fantastic, almost nearing official release level! By comparison to the utter garbage that is kicking about these days!

Yeah, the quality is very good.
I like that the design is very simple with lot of black around the skull, so the skull is much more impressive.
The Layout of the album title is similar to the ones at back patches from for example Sadus and Manowar from the years 90/91.
