I agree with ultmetal...even the Elf stuff was rad. My top faves are (of course) Holy Diver, Last In Line, Rainbow Rising...believe or not, I actually rocked the cassette of 'Intermission' a LOT before getting fully into 'Sacred Heart'...

WRONG! Dream Evil was twice as good as Sacred Heart. It's one of my favorite Dio albums and one of his most underrated. Then there is Magica, Master of the Moon and Killing the Dragon, which were great too. Granted there were a few weaker albums after Dream Evil, but even those aren't bad.

You need metal rendezvous. Krokus is in my opinion the most underrated metal bands. I like on the Deceased... Live album King Fowley says "this is for the douche who said my Krokus shirt was gay". Then rips into Headhunter

Saw that show at the troc. My second concert ever ( first was the 'stones )They made a live album there. I have this shirt but the backprint is upside down which led to the shirt stand being over-run by maniacs. To this day the only gig I've been to with EMTs on stand by and people being wheeled out on gurneys. Fucken sick.
