Hey everyone! So I was trying to upload my copy of Blue Cheer’s Outsideinside (1968), but I noticed the year box won’t allow any years prior to 1970. While I understand this reasoning because ‘70 was metal’s first official year, there are plenty of late 60s bands important to the genre’s development. Besides Blue Cheer, there’s Zeppelin, Grand Funk, Vanilla Fudge, the first 3 Purple albums, Cream, Hendrix...I can go on. I was wondering if something could be done about this. Thanks.
Ohhhhhh I see. If the year function is adhering to shirts only, then yeah, ‘70 would be a rough estimate of when band shirts began to pick up steam. This post was in reference to a vinyl.
