In my case specifically, a year ago I ordered 2 sweatshirts (Deathspell Omega and Warloghe) I followed all the instructions and the sweatshirts never arrived, I was able to claim the payment and I got my money back after a while. At 4 or 5 months I received a strange mail where they asked me why I had rescinded the payment and that my material was ready to send... of course I never answered nor wanted to know anything about that scammer.
