Voivod Iteration 3

This is my latest main battle jacket in a series I have been working on since I was 13 (over 10 years ago). I feel a strong connection to various books, movies, and other forms of media that I wanted to express through my jacket. Some of these include:
My Heart is a Chainsaw by Stephen Graham Jones (A novel, the first time I ever actually got to see someone like me as the main character) (made by hand, based on the novel cover, the red behind it is a strip of cloth I was given as a sign of protection at some ceremony or another)
The text at the top is a piece of the crawler's sermon written in fungus in the tower in Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer (novel), I made it out of a shirt I bought off JV's merch website, I plan on adding more of it
The Silt Verses (audio drama)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (movie) (I liked the first one more but this patch was too funny to turn down)
Tales from the Crypt (tv series and comic)
Lament configuration from Hellraiser (I like the first 2 movies and general works from Clive Barker)
Progress Flag (I love and support the queer community)
