I am wondering if the negative reviews I see for klaxon records are true? Does anyone have any experience ordering from these guys? Any response is helpful!!

Deathrune takes forever to ship but I've always received everything

ordered two times and both times they shipped everything pretty fast
but for the second order they have not declared any value and I had to deal with the customs
