False posting?

I recently discovered that there are a few posts seemingly created by me connected to patches/pins I might own, but which posts I did not create. Are these made automatically for some reason? See one of them below.

If you see two watermarks it means someone downloaded it then reuploaded....

What Blade of Tokyo said, the previous owner made you the new owner so you can leave him/her a review once you've received the item which in this case is the MOP patch :)
