Death Old school styled battle vest WIP
This is my first battle vest that I have made aside from my sodom bp jacket on my profile. Wip since I still have patches I plan on replacing and purchasing in the future. This vest has some small details here and there. The MoP patch on the back and the Pokémon pin somewhat resembling the other Metallica patch in the front. It's taken me about 7 - 8 months to get it to this point with covid going on. I'm still waiting on a megadeth backpatch from Germany that hasn't come in since may of last year, so the Death BP is semi temporary.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that bp is probably gone man. I don’t know what it is with Germany and the New York ISC customs but I’ve had stuff get stuck there for months and eventually forever. Ever since I started buying stuff overseas like 8 or so years ago it’s always been Germany for some reason, but it’s New York where it gets lost. I read something if the postage wasn’t enough then it gets sent back or stuck but why even get it shipped in the first place? Probably over 10 parcels getting lost.

I got so stuck on this subject that I forgot to mention sweet work shortening that JITF patch. Did you redo the borders yourself or with a sewing machine?

Thanks dude! To tell you the truth all I did was fold the patch and hand stitched the thing together lol. Whenever I get my hands on a sewing machine, I'm reconsidering whether or not to redo the borders with it. I'm a fan of the white rectangular JITF patch but felt like it needed colors from the tee, so I got creative and did just that with it.
Yeah I'm pretty sure the bp is gone anyway, I'm still hopeful it may show up one day though. It's one of my grail BPs that I got for a great price too. I'll just have to wait for another one to pop up here in the US or somewhere where mail doesn't disappear.
