They - or Saruman in particular - are definitely among the best actual songwriters that German Black Metal has to offer (Horn is another example). Perhaps because he composes everything on an acoustic guitar first before transferring it to the actual electric outfit. Criminally underrated, though i do not yet know what to think of their newest change.
I also have a rather special connection to them because i live in the region they are often singing about and of course appreciate their patriotic and "home attached" (??) approach.
