They had patterns at my school that I copied but added some changes to, I still have the paper templates I can upload them if you want :)

Thank you, I'm looking for metal pins and badges but it's hard to find good ones for this vest that would fit well. Although I have found some keyrings I might ad to the d rings or keychain.
