Flames for the FFA patch. Whats the paper / white cloth on the inside of the collar?

Its the backing for the Toxic Holocaust patch on the back. It was a custom patch I had made and have just never taken the paper off.

It was the way it was made. I didnt put it on either, I knew the guy that make the patch so he went ahead and sewed it on with the machine. And it came with the paper.
