Awesome taste, Never been into those leather jackets...they just look weird.

Well, its the vest, not really the jacket right ? A different jacket can be interchanged easily, but it's his leather choice, right ? I prefer seriously thick leather, bike jacket, just in case I need to save my hide skidding down the pavement, or gravel. They've save my hide more than once, and its harder to get stuck in a fight, when your semi-armoured, lol ! My dad was a bike rider from the 40's-70's, and I remembera couple of his accidents. Once in 69, him and his buddies were drinking and flying down gravel roads in an old pickup, and he fell out, got his boot caught in the door, and got dragged for a couple miles. Now when they brought him home, all the skin was gone from his whole back, but if it wouldn't have been for his jacket, that gravel would have torn through his spine, and he would've been dead ! I remember being 4, and it took 6 big guys, to hold him down on the bed, when my grandma poured 2 bottles of alcohol on his back. His friends didn't know he fell out, till one looked over and he was gone, but his boot was still in the door, lol !!! Try playing a serious game of football without pads, and see what happens !!! Just saying, I was a football player, and a good suit of armour will make you play way harder, and let's you shake it off a hell of alot quicker !!! I wear steal toed heavy leather boots, on a daily basis too. The scouts, military, and life in general, has taught me to always be prepared, or be fucked !!!
