So, I was at the Vulcano concert last night (04/25) in Rostock and first there was no other band playing this evening and there where only 8 people!
But the band didn't care, the played on a tiny stage and put on a hell of show, played 90min. It was just awesome!
I also uploaded the setlist, if you want to see what was going on.
Only 8 fucking people for such an old and amazing band? Possibly the most historic extreme metal act along with colombia's Parabellum dating back to 1981!!! (although Vulcano were playing more like heavy metal untill '83).
Such a shame, but on the other hand i guess those 8 true fans enjoyed it more instead of having another 300 posers who discovered extreme metal from youtube...
@meaningless and Stathis:
Well, unfortunately this is typical for Rostock. Nobody here gives a shit about bands, they don't know. I didn't know anything from Vulcano either, but I thought I have to go to one of the rare real Metal-Concerts here. I was really impressed by the show they put on and so I bought the shirt and I just ordered the two albums Stathis was talking about.
You can't talk people here into concerts, on january 15th Evile were playing here with Portrait and Dr.Living Dead and only 40 people showed up, more disappoiting was the first Triptykon-Show ever, which took place here in Rostock, dunno why, and there were 35 people incl. the pre-band.
Here is a metal-scene, but some of the people are just to stupid to realize that they have to go to shows if they want concerts here.

Sounds like some concerts i had here in the past, where i live.

Stathis on

Ironhead on
I remember a story when Anvil was playing in Sweden before the document was made and there was ~12 people to see them!
Nuclearwinter on
Killer shirt! I went to see them on the Thundermetal tour w/ Nifelheim. Vulcano blew me away.
