yep, they deserve full flames... the first of a nice row of great Chicago bands: Trouble, Zoetrope, Thrust, Sindrome, Master , Funeral Nation, Terminal Death, Macabre, Cianide... you guys have/ had some cool bands around

Novembers Doom, Demented Ted, Kommandant, Weekend Nachos, Broken Hope, Bongripper, Cardiac Arrest, Oozing Wound, High Spirits, Polyptych, The Atlas Moth, Rabble Rabble, Russian Circles, Ministry, Like Rats, Pelican...btw, Bongripper and Weekend Nachos just announced a double bill in March. Cannot wait for that!!! I think we've talked about WN, but ever hear of Bongripper?

Chicago has also given us (love em or hate em, metal or not): Chicago (duh), Styx, Enuff Z'nuff, D'Molls (lol remember those hair clowns?), Disturbed, Fall Out Boy, Nothing More (yesterday they were Ozzfest darlings, today nu metal hasbeens, tomorrow kvlt heroes praised by Metal Archives), The Jesus Lizard, Shellac, Big Black, Local H, Naked Raygun, Dwarves...the list goes on

Yep! No Chicago blues, no Rolling Stones period. Mick Jagger even said that when we went to go see The Stones a few years back!

Never got into Chicago but Styx is (or was) awesome. They're doing a tour this summer with Def Leppard and Tesla. Talk about a weird bill! It's not a must see for me, but if I have the money or it comes to a county fair or something like that, I guess I'll go. Yes can't forget Survivor. REO actually came from Champaign, IL which is about 4 hours south of Chicago haha.
