Tool - Foetus
This 1997 Ænima design was used in various media, including on show flyers with the Melvins and in a cropped version on the front of local crew shirts with only the embryo's eyes over the left breast. I inherited this one from a high school friend who, as the story goes, was wearing it while painting a room, hence the paint spatter throughout.

Don't remember it being artimonde specifically, see em pop on up ebay on occasion, never for a good price though, haha.

I've never seen the long sleeve for a reasonable price but there definitely is one. This one has been on Grailed for a while right here.
