If this one isn't a testament to my angsty (and apparently careless) teen days of the late '90s, I don't know what is - and it's got the thumb holes in the cuffs to prove it. This print originated as a popular short sleeve design on a slate blue shirt at the beginning of the Follow The Leader era, with this black long sleeve variant following in late '98. While I always saw the appeal of it, I also considered it to be when Korn began jumping the shark with their merchandise; when basic but striking designs like Beer Bottles, the stretched logo, and the Neidermeyer's Mind logo took a back seat to endless cartoons and caricatures of the band, some shirts forsaking the standard logo altogether. Nevertheless, I donned this shirt frequently (it paired beautifully with my black Jnco Skunks), and would often wear it under the original blue short sleeve, which regrettably was lost almost 20 years ago. A flash next to the print reveals the black ink for the dark edges was still used even on the black shirt. Thus, the black copyright text, prominent on the blue version, disappears entirely into the fabric. The original Giant tag is long gone, but I remember it being one of the embroidered ones that only said Giant and nothing else.
Doctor Jones, always an honor! Yeah, that was always the thing to do at the time, and I think this is probably just the first long sleeve I saw when I decided to try it myself. I vaguely remember thinking "Aww man, did I just ruin the shirt?" right after I did it, but I'm not sure when the bleach mishap happened!
Thanks, same to you my friend it is also always a pleasure for me to hear from you, read your/the story’s behind your shirts and to hear your opinion about my shirts and collection! The Longsleeve looks still great and from my point of view it doesn’t matter with the bleach mishap or the thumb holes because that give the LS a touch of 90s youth and history ;)

Cool memories, cool longsleeve my friend!
Note: I have thumb holes on one of my Nirvana longsleeves too that was pretty cool in the 90s :)

Thanks a ton, man, that means a lot to me. This one made me want to crack open my "retirement" bins and get the best of the rest posted.

Thank you for the flames! I do enjoy this one very much. I still wonder what happened to my blue shirt sleeve.
