Hey mate sorry for the late response. I'm using "Upscayl" to increase the resolution of any photo but if you are using a really low res photo like 200x300 or lower sometimes ai makes it more fucked up than the original one but it's usually a good result. Also i always create a sample of the shirt with photoshop that im going to buy so both front and back photos includes my touch
