i strongly doubt it's an official motive.
on the one hand the title is not from the band but from a documentary movie.
on the other hand the layout is quite amateurish with the picture overlapping the letters.
without that optic- and contentwise inappropriate writing it would still be a cool 4-flames-shirt for my taste, regardless if being a boot or not.
but this ... meh!
