We liked the atmosphere of the first Death Feast very much and came back the next year. It was generally much better organized now, but somehow they have forgot to print the band line up on the back, so I've restored the line up with my own printed copy of the running order, which I still had in a folder.

We were there the first five years, until the festival moved. And we somehow didn't manage to move along with it, so to speak. For me, those were the best five festival years in a row so far.

Only missed the first edition in 2007 since I heard too late about it but also been there from 2008-2011. Mountains Of Death was equally great for me which I also visited from 2008-2011.

Never heard of Mountains Of Death before, but it definitely sounds like my kind of festival.
I was lucky that someone from our "crew" heard about the upcoming DFOA, so we went there. And even though the first edition was a bit chaotic, for example, they only had portable toilets, the organizers did great so people came back next year.

Yeah I heard about the chaotic situation in 2007 too but only got word about the festival a few weeks before the initial date so I couldn't make it.
MOD was definitely a one of a kind festival in den Swiss Alps with some of the sickest lineups ever in Europe.
