cool album, old Manowar are still fine.

i have to agree :)

Old Manowar? Come on everything they've done is mighty! Gods of War was a bit shitty because of all the instrumental parts, but the tunes are super. Haven't heard much of their latest "The Lord of Steel" but recall that the bass sounds quite unlikeable, but I bet it's good anyways..

the last/'newest' album i bought was Triumph of steel..haha...thats it :) I tried them all..but none of them was worth for me to pay a full price. Maybe when i get it cheap somewhere. But everything before - was rly good

Louder Than Hell is actually better than Triumph... In my humble opinion.. And it can't be that hard to find it for a nice price second hand. I would go for it!! Older Manowar is of course better, but that's almost always the case no matter what band that's discussed.

i now Louder then hell from our jukebox in our old bar. For sure, this album is ok to..and easy to get for a cheap price. Most of time i just forget that i still want buy it..haha..because its not that high in my priority-list..thats all :)
Morbid on
Got albums that are low priority as well, but that I "should" get.. It's a lot more fun to hunt down obscure stuff.

In my humble opinion, this is the last really killer Manowar album. "Kings of Metal" is also great but not as good as the first four!!!

Amazing album, the first four albums is religion to me :).
The first album that i heard though was "Fighting" which today along with "Gods of war" is for me their weakest albums.
Manowar a very important band for me back in the dark 90`s, still is.

You and me Dan, first album I bought was "Fighting" as well on tape. Me and my friend had it with us wherever we went that summer.. Good memories picking apples blasting out "Now people keep asking if we're going to change I look'em in the eye and tell'em no way!!!"
