Aerosmith - Permanent Vacation

What’s this? Joe posting a Sobersmith album? That’s right. After years of refusing to do so, I finally decided to give the ‘Smith’s clean era a second chance. While plenty of the songs still suck and fall prey to the trappings of ‘80s pop metal cliches (“Dude (Looks Like a Lady)”), overall, it’s not nearly as bad as I remember it. Furthermore, the good songs (“Magic Touch”, “Permanent Vacation”) would’ve been made even better with that classic ‘70s production, but I digress.
