Order arrived safe and sound in the US, and pretty quickly too considering the delays of being in the middle of festival season :)!
Edit: Never mind, one of the patches I ordered is not in the shipment, fantastic.
Edit 2: Contacted them about whether addressing the issue is possible, no response 2 weeks later.

Their communication is very poor, but I ultimately received the patch I ordered. No response to emails or message on Facebook or shipping notification.
