Shipping takes forever, and their customer service is garbage. I bought a limited edition shirt that was $10 off due to a promotion, but the site was acting weird. Went ahead and ordered because I didn't want to miss it, and e-mailed them about getting a $10 refund. Took 2-3 months to get it, after numerous unanswered e-mails to customer support. Only after I ranted all over their Facebook page did I end up seeing a refund.
