My experience with them has been mixed, I ordered from them last year and the site wasn't very user-friendly and I had problems with managing the paypal cart after adding items. The guy came across as a little hostile (responding to my e-mails in capital letters). They've redesigned their site last time I checked a few weeks ago and everything looked better and more user-friendly. I give it 4 stars because in spite of difficulty, the patches I ordered arrived in 3 weeks so they are reliable.
