Weird. I wonder what that thing is coming out the left Boob... Almost looks like a baseball bat... And I can't find a higher-res/non-patch Picture of this image. Still, where deh rest of her?? Even just a mid section would be nice as it seems like they're just coming outta thin air (giggity).

Looks like a guitar to me. The 'baseball bat' would be the neck/headstock and the breasts would be a design on the back. Old mate crouching on the bottom left appears to be holding the body.
