Rick Wakeman And The English Rock Ensemble logo patch

Vintage embroidered patch for Rick Wakeman and the English Rock Ensemble. I know very little about this one besides it having been purchased at a show in the 1970s. The design is a neat one with the darts and tankard, overflowing onto the maestro’s keys, giving the patch a distinct alehouse feel. The style of 'badge' or 'emblem' design actually reminds me of the patches that you would see for regions or states, which is quite cool. Wakeman's works, both with and without the Ensemble, are necessary listens for fans of progressive, symphonic, and pomp rock so of course I am delighted to scoop up this cool curio.
