Oh shit, i had one like this where Eddie's is wearing the hat and trench coat, lighting up a cigarette. Same style round, printed patch with stitched border. I had it for 28 years and then sold it for like 10 bucks. Maybe it was a series of patches. I got mine from a school mate when i was 10-11, he wasn't even listening to metal. No idea where he got it from.
